Edward Biddulph of the blog James Bond memes has written an open letter to the chefs of The Dorchester Hotel in London with some tips about how to properly prepare James Bond's favorite meal: scrambled eggs. This is pretty great.

Thanks for the link - really appreciate it. My tips seem to have reached the Dorchester now, so here's hoping for the perfect Bondian scrambled eggs. Can't imagine diners wanting their eggs too runny, though!
