Bit of a letdown, these ones. There’s nothing dynamic, exciting or exotic about them at all.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping these reprints would lead to a full set of matching Benson books but the thought of a set in this style isn’t all that enticing…
Not great, but they look better than the IFP 70th Anniversary reprints
ReplyDeleteFirst they used free stock art for the US Fleming covers and now these - that pic of the gun on the Authorized Biography was copy and pasted from Walther's Wikipedia page. Funnily enough it isn't even a PPK, it's a PP!
